Why should I join the trade mark workshop?

Without a trade mark your business is exposed.

Without trade mark protection, at any point someone else could register a trade mark under the name that you're using and send you a cease and desist forcing you to stop trading with your name. You don't want to leave protecting your business too late.

Who is the workshop for?

We've now supported well over 500 entrepreneurs to get a trade mark through our courses, workshops and bootcamps. Some are just at the ideas stage and are starting out, others have been in business a while but for whatever reason they haven't yet legally protected their business. The workshop presumes no prior knowledge or experience with trade marks.

In attendance there will be people who are new to business, coaches, service providers, influencers, business coaches, nutritionists, PTs, VAs, OBMs, balloon artists, make-up artists, handwriting specialists, accountants and many more.

The workshop will focus on UK trade mark applications. Whilst protecting your business in the UK is the primary focus - hello Internet and potential to offer your services globally!! - as a result we will be sharing how you can apply for international protection.

However, if you're not based in the UK, don't do the majority of your business, or indeed any business, in the UK, this may not be the best workshop for you. Feel free to send Lucy a DM to check first. 

Who is running the workshop?

The trade mark workshop will be run by our founder, Lucy Wheeler. Lucy is a qualified solicitor who specialises in supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners to legally protect their businesses.

Lucy has now successfully obtained well over 100 trade marks and has supported clients to successfully obtain trade marks when faced with opposition from huge household brands.

How can I take part?

Simply purchase a ticket, either standard or VIP. The session is taking place live but if you can't attend live you will get access to the recording to watch afterwards.
