  • Mon 3rd, 1:30pm –  How to sell legally, considering key sales legislation that you need to know, and wording 

  • Tue 11th, 10am – Refunds - How to set up the different types of refund policies needed, avoiding & managing refunds

  • Mon 17th, 1:30pm – The legal elements of advanced sales techniques such as guarantees and Buy Now Pay Later. Your opportunity for Legal Troubleshooting: a Q&A with tailored support

  • Tue 25th, 10am – AI: An overview of the legal side of what you need to know now and the disclaimers and terms you need for ChatBots and Assistants

     

How It Works

  • Each session runs for 90 minutes with a mix of teaching, strategy, and practical steps.

  • Come to the ones most relevant to your business (though you’ll get the most benefit if you attend all).

  • If you can’t make it, you can send a team member to attend on your behalf.

  • All of the sessions will take place in our Lucy Legal Zoom Room.

  • We aim to capture recordings but provide no guarantees as to availability. Recordings should be uploaded within 24 hours of each session.
