Why do I need these documents?

There are lots of reasons but here’s two:

1.      To protect your intellectual property or those who you want to work with – you’ll no doubt have spent hours upon hours, or at times years, creating ideas or content. You want to protect that and need to have the legal agreement in place to do so.

2.       To set the framework between you and those you work with – it can be helpful for parties to have a written agreement stipulating how they are permitted to use any confidential information obtained whilst working together.
