How does the "Done In A Day" Trade Mark Workshop work?

This interactive workshop is split over two live workshops on one day so that you can learn what you need to do, implement right away, then get your application reviewed and checked before applying. You will be guided step-by-step through the UK trade mark application process and be provided with hints and tips to support you to apply for your mark.

You'll cover:

1. The checks you MUST be doing yourself first before naming anything in your business
2. What can and can't be trademarked
3. The difference between copyright and trademark
4. The free methods for protecting your business
5. How to check whether a name is already registered
6. How to ensure that you have full brand protection 
7. A step-by-step walk through of the application process (literally screen by screen) to support you to apply for a trade mark

This workshop will save you from making an application which is bound to fail, include a key tip to mitigate costs in the application process AND make you feel more confident about your business being protected.

With this ticket you'll be a VIP that means that you'll get access to our signature trade mark course and any subsequent updates we ever make to that AND access to more real-time support. You'll be able to join two further live sessions with me after the day together to drop in and ask questions and get support on your application as you move through the process. What else do I need to know?

You are purchasing a ticket to a live event which will be delivered virtually through Zoom. 

As the ticket is for a specific date and time you will not be permitted to a refund if you change your mind or you are unable to attend so please check your diary carefully before booking.
