I am not really sure which documents I need. Can you help?

We are also working behind the scenes to put together a helpful Q&A/Quiz/Flow-diagram downloadable so that you can clearly work out what you need. The link will be added here when it’s available. I purchased a template a while ago but forgot to download and the link has expired, can you help?

On successful completion of your purchase you will be sent a link to download your template documents. You will receive a link to a zip file and you must open and download the files within 24 hours of purchase otherwise the link expires. We know that all too often life happens and you may forget to download your documents. Don’t panic.

If you send an email to [email protected] with your order number in the header, we will be able to hop into the system and re-send the templates you have ordered.

We try to respond to these requests as soon as possible as we appreciate you may have set aside time to work on your documents and want them as soon as possible. Whilst the template shop is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year this mailbox is only monitored on weekdays between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) so if you email on an evening or weekend there may be a delay in us responding.

Do you offer bespoke legal support?

In some areas of law yes, we can provide you with 1:1 support to run your business. We can also help you 1:1 with obtaining a trade mark. However, there are certain legal activities which we are prohibited from doing. For those activities we have connections with some fantastic law firms and would be happy to refer you.

Do you offer discounts?

Investing in your business is a big commitment and we want to help you to have confidence making your purchase. Our bundles are very competitively priced and we believe they offer the best value and support in the UK. As a result we only offer discounts on our bundles on two specific dates each year. The first is on Valentine’s Day when you can enjoy 14% off. The second date is on Lucy’s birthday in early October. Lucy offers the percentage discount to match her age each year. Discounts apply across all template documents but no services.

In addition, it may be helpful for you to know that often when products launch they have introductory pricing for the initial few days, all details, including end dates and future pricing will be made clear on each bundle description.

Can I join your affiliate scheme?

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate. Our brand relies heavily on word-of-mouth referrals and for that we are really grateful and very proud. Whilst affiliate schemes can work for some companies, we really value the feedback and positive reviews that we receive and we are concerned that if people are paid to say nice things (which is the crux of affiliate marketing) then their kind words become less reliable.

Instead of an affiliate scheme, we work closely with a number of brands and businesses on partnership basis. If you have a project you would like to work on us with please do get in touch.

Are there any vacancies within Team Lucy Legal?

We are not actively recruiting at this current time but we are a young business and keen to grow our team (currently three of us) with the right people.
