Terms and Conditions of the "Summer Sizzler: Spin to Win"

1. This is a competition run solely by Lucy Legal Limited, "Lucy Legal" and is not run in conjunction with any other third part or social media platform.
2. In order to take part in the competition you must enter a valid email address. Once provided Lucy Legal will use the information you share in accordance with their privacy statement which you can find in full by clicking here. In summary, the privacy statement explains that we will be in touch with you to share information about our products and services which we think you will find of interest. You can opt-out and unsubscribe at any time.

4. To enter "The Big Prize Draw, entrants must share an image relating to the Summer Sizzler: Spin to Win competition to their Instagram Stories and tag the Lucy Legal Instagram handle @lucy_legal by no later than 9pm on Sunday 21 July 2024. Any entries that do not visibly tag the Lucy Legal Instagram account will not be valid. All valid entries will be moderated, and then eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw.
5. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any employees or contractors of Lucy Legal or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.
6. You may share to your stories as many times as you like. Up to a maximum of three entries are permitted per person. Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion however internet access is required.
8. The promotion is open to entries from Monday 15th July to Sunday 21st July at 21:59pm (BST).
9. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
10. Lucy Legal reserves the right to offer alternatives prize of equal value.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Lucy Legal reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
12. The winner of "The Big Prize Draw" will be selected from all valid entries received during the promotional period by using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
13. The winner will be notified within 1 week by a comment on their entry post or a direct message requesting that they share their name and address via private message. If a winner fails to respond within five working days of the notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. 
14. In entering "The Big Prize Draw" you confirm that Lucy Legal can feature your name and social media handle for publicity purposes and if you are the winner of "The Big Prize Draw" you agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by Lucy Legal.
15. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
16. Lucy Legal reserves the right to use the images in any entries for marketing purposes and no additional payment will be made to any entrant by Lucy Legal for using entries in this way.
17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Instagram, Facebook or other social media accounts in order to submit multiple entries).
19. Lucy Legal does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this prize draw.
